Full Cake Smash

This package is for 1 child, shot in-studio. 1 hour session. Includes a photo shoot before the cake with a styled background, then the cake smash on a white wooden vintage high chair. 4" mini cake with topper included. 20-25 edited hi-res photos.

Mini Cake Smash

This package is for 1 child, shot in-studio. 30-45 minute session. Includes a simple cake smash on a white wooden vintage high chair. 4" mini cake with topper included. 10-15 edited hi-res photos.

$315 + TAX

Child Session

This package is suitable for 1 child, shot in-studio or outdoors (Stouffville or close surrounding area only). 30-45 min session. 10 edited high-resolution digital photos. This does NOT include a cake. Studio sessions include minimal decorations/props.

$280 + TAX

Decorations and props are subject to availability. Elaborate themes may not be feasible. April Leilani Photography is committed to mostly clean, simple, airy and organic style (including boho and nature/woodsy), so any style that is too out of sync with this vision may be subject to adjustment and/or an extra charge.

A 50% booking fee is required upon booking. The remainder will be invoiced on the day of the session.

FAQ

What kind of cake is included?

A 4-inch round mini cake. All cakes are white/vanilla with white frosting (smooth or naked style). At this time, only white cake's are allowed in a simple style. You have the option to add sprinkles or a custom cake topper, provided by April Leilani Photography.

Do all cake smashes have to be on the high chair?

Yes, at this time I am only offering the cake smash portion of the photo session on the high chair. I have a certain health condition which doesn't allow me to be able to be on hands and knees cleaning up cake on the floor in the usual mess that it gets. Therefore, the easier the mess, the better it is for me.

Do you provide outfits?

Yes, I have several outfits for cake smashes that you are free to borrow for the session. You are also welcome to use your own. Inquire ahead of time about outfits so you know what I have on-hand.

Do you have high chair banners?

Absolutely. I have a few tassel high chair banners that go across the tray, as well as flag banners that spell "O N E". Once you book you session, we can talk about what you are looking for in a theme and we'll work towards that.

When will I get the photos back?

My typical turnaround time is 2-3 weeks, depending on the season and whether it's busy or not. Please try to plan ahead and schedule your session to be 2-3 weeks before you need the photos as I cannot guarantee rushed photos.
